Recently NYSPFFA Health and Safety Coordinator Ron Kressman met up with the Northern Southern mobile training facility in a Binghamton rail yard. Northern Southern Railroad company has developed an Operations Awareness program that they teach to first responders and others to prepare them to be better equipped to deal with rail emergencies.
