Firefighters and guests from around the 4th district gather in Oneonta today for the annual 4th District Health and Safety Seminar. About 40 participants gathered at the Foot Hills Performing Arts center and discussed topics including "Cancer in the Fire Service", "Firefighter Safety and Survival" and "Physical Fitness, Nutrition and health/wellness in the fire service".
