Firefighters from across the 5th district gather today for their annual health and safety conference at the Teamsters building in Elmsford, NY. Speakers included Captain Doug Mitchell, Lieutenant Tim Klett, and Captain Kenny Begbie all from the NYC Fire Department. Topics included Residential Concepts for Engine and Truck companies; Fireground Safety and Survival; and Collyers, Mansion and Hoarder home fires.
