Accidental death benefits in Chapter 89 of the Laws of 2020 which provided public employees who die of COVID-19 has been extended to January 29, 2021

Please find the link of Executive Order #202.87 from December 31^st, which extends eligibility for the accidental death benefits in Chapter 89 of the Laws of 2020, which provided public employees who die of COVID-19 on or before December 31, 2020.  The benefit has been extended to January 29, 2021.
