Local 3792 - Gates is asking if any other local has had a problem with their administration changing payroll pay dates. Their CBA does have language but unfortunately they are not following correctly. Currently, they get paid on the last day of the second week. The union understands that this is a conflict with normal standard and should be fixed. They are looking for advise on how to best handle so that our members are not going 3 weeks without.
