The NYS Retirement System recently held a meeting to introduce and highlight new features and functionality to the online system. They forecasting a large amount on retirements in the next few years on this online system will help them keep up with the work load and for you to get better service. There are many more features to come but they are encouraging members to sign up now.
Visit http://www.osc.state.ny.us/retire and look for the Retirement Online logo to register for your account during normal business hours. Any problems with logging on can be directed to the call center at 866-805-0990 or 518-474-7736, and then select option 1 anytime between 7:30am and 5:00pm.
