Members from across the 4th district got together in Elmira to discuss issues related to the health and safety of their members.
Presentations were provided by James LaMacchia, retired Division Chief from Buffalo on "MayDay", Peter Caruso, retired DC from Utica Fire on "15 minutes of Chaos" and Dominick Vincenti, Lieutenant, FDNY Counseling Service Unit on "Behavioral Health in the Fire Service".
