Members from across the state meet in Syracuse this week for its annual Health and Safety Conference. Today presentations were made by Retired Deputy Chief Anthony Avillo, North Hudson (NJ) Regional Fire and Rescue on "When Buildings Change the Rules of the Game" and by Battalion Chief Stephen Marsar, FDNY on "Survivabililty Profiling 2019".
