Today members of the State Association from across the state meet to discuss legislative issues important to our members. Presentations were made by the State Comptroller's office, Hinman Straub, Corning Place and the State Association. After meetings today, members will meet individually in the coming days with the state representatives either here in Albany or back in their home towns. Additionally, a Fire Operations 101 event will be held tomorrow to educate decision makers on the perils of our profession.
