The NYSPFFA delegates gather in Syracuse, NY during its annual convention to honor and remember all the fallen brother and sisters from across the state the have passed away since the last convention. Those members names are read by the NYSPFFA Chaplin Father Tallman and NYSPFFA President Sam Fresina. They are joined with NYSPFFA Secretary/Treasurer Jim McGowan, IAFF 1st District Vice President Jim Slevin and Syracuse Local 280 President Paul Motondo
