It is with regret that we inform you of the death of Firefighter Lamont Killian Jr., of the Mount Vernon Fire Department on Monday, December 11, 2023.
Firefighter Killian, age 51, passed away suddenly from complications related to severe injuries he sustained while battling a structure fire on June 22, 2019.
Our thoughts go out to the family of Firefighter Killian and the members of the Mount Vernon Fire Department.
