Jake Miter is attempting to make the USA Olympic Skeletonteam Jake's father is Tom Miter, a 27 year veteran of the Troy Fire Department currently a Captain assigned to The Rescue Squad on the Second Platoon. His brother Justin Miter is Probationary Firefighter in the City graduating from the Utica Fire Academy in July of 2013.
