IAFF 1st District PEP Event begins with scholarship presentations from NYS Honorary Fire Chiefs Association and the NYSPFFA, welcome message from host local President Vincent Ventresca, Buffalo IAFF Local 282, presentations from IAFF 1st District VP Jim Slevin and IAFF General Secretary Frank Lima.
NYS Honorary Fire Chiefs Associations leaders presented scholarship to local winners from daughters of Buffalo and Ridge Road Firefighters. Congratulations to the winners and Thank you to the NYS Honorary Fire Chiefs Association to there unprecedented commitment to the scholarship program by significantly increasing the numbers of scholarships awarded.
